Job Title: Tutor
Location: Remote or On-site
Terms: Part-time
Rate: $20.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:
Meet with each tutee for a duration of one hour, multiple times a week with multiple tutees per week
Evaluate the tutee’s needs and create an individualized plan of action
Aid tutees in completing homework assignments, studying for assessments, or answering individual academic questions
Create a comfortable and positive learning environment
Attend tutoring sessions on time and be prepared to adapt to the tutee’s various learning styles
Be professional and maintain academic integrity at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or completed GED
Proficient experience in one or all of the following subjects: Math, Science, English, or Technology
Experience in tutoring is preferred, but not required
Able to individually conduct tutoring sessions
A passion for tutoring and fulfilling a tutee’s specific academic needs
Able to adapt teaching methods to different tutees accordingly
Great communication and listening skills
